The view from my Queen Room was fine. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the rooftop provided amazing scenery. Excellent location near one of my favorite restaurants.

it has marvellous position close to the main tourist locations. plus, this hotel is just next door to restaurants and cafeterias, the san antonio and the airport.

The total stay was exceptional for a business trip. The restaurant had plenty of brilliant meals for breakfast. This accommodation was in the central location next door to a big grocery store. Stopped by Pikolo Gourmet to get some coffee and treats, it's just a walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The complimentary breakfast was a good surprise.

The front desk staff was very abrupt and rude when I inquired about unexpected charges. Instead of helping me understand the IVA tax that was charged, he dismissed my concerns, leaving me feeling frustrated. The absence of accessible rooms with two beds was disappointing given my family's needs .

Rooms were spacious and clean, but comment about limited storage space was a drawback. Friendly staff provided fantastic service .

Charging IVA for international tourists is absurd!!! Limited storage in rooms is frustrating when unpacking for longer stays!!! The hand towel quality needs a major overhaul!!! Not having a kettle in the room should be a basic expectation!!!

Smooth check in and fast check out. Extremely spacious and impressive room, with useful amenities, SUPERBLY FRIENDLY staff. Very good breakfast selection of healthy things. Great and amazing location to Caliwood Museum.

The staff were really good, like making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast surprised me. It was fresh and delicious!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable.

I almost thought this hotel could get a good review. But seriously, service was just mediocre. Breakfast was beyond disappointing and how difficult is it to provide a kettle in the room? I woudl ve been fine with some form of compensation for this inconvenience, but it seems they don't prioritize their guests at all.
